I’ve seen many people want more in their lives but never actually get started because they don’t know where or how to start.
Unfortunately, it’s not very common that people know how to set and hit their goals in effective, maintainable and reproducible ways. And it’s even less common that they’re applying it in their lives consistently - even if they know how to and understand the importance and benefits of doing so.
Even if you have set a goal in the past…
I understand what it feels like to have either fallen short or run out of motivation/drive all too soon when trying to achieve it. And it becomes much easier to settle and accept that we’re nothing special - especially when we compare ourselves to others.
So many people think that extremely successful people are able to achieve things because it is just natural to them, and that they’re lucky. But that’s just not true. And I found this out when I was forced to unpack what it was that I did that made me successful in sports, academics, business and life. I realised that there was a system to it all. And the more research that I did, the more I found that the most successful people in the world used these same systems.
